摘要
越东路及南延段智慧快速路工程是绍兴“六横八纵”快速路网的重要组成部分。为加快工程进度、减少对周边交通的影响,标准桥墩均采用预制拼装工艺,立柱与盖梁在工厂预制,然后运输至现场,吊装拼接形成桥墩结构。工程设计时从景观设计、结构计算、标准化、施工方案等方面综合考虑,以进一步提升工程经济性和适用性,凸显下部结构预制拼装工艺的优越性。
Yuedong Road and South Extension Section Intelligent Expressway Project is an important component of the"six-horizontal eight-vertical"expressway network in Shaoxing.In order to accelerate the progress of the project and to reduce the influence on the surrounding traffic,the prefabrication and assembly technology is used for the standard bridge piers.The stand column and the bent cap are all prefabricated in the factories,and then transported to the sites,and hoisted and assembled to form the pier structures.The engineering design is comprehensively considered from the aspects of landscape design,structure calculation,standardization and construction scheme in order to further enhance the engineering economy and applicability.The superiority of prefabrication and assembly technology for the substructure is highlighted.
