摘要
转体法施工技术是指将桥梁结构在非设计轴线位置浇筑或拼接成形后,通过转体就位的一种施工方法。以刷新西北地区转体桥单体重量、桥面宽度、转体难度最大纪录的杨凌大道上跨陇海铁路转体立交为例,对西北首座变截面双幅同步同向市政公路跨双线铁路转体桥转体施工关键技术进行了阐述。转体法施工将在障碍上空的作业转化为岸上或近地面作业,可使桥梁施工克服地形、交通、环境等条件制约,节省工程造价、缩短建设工期,同时保证施工过程的安全可靠。
The rotation construction technology is a construction method that the bridge structure is rotated in place after casted or assembled at the non-design axis position.Taking Yangling Avenue Interchange crossing Longhai Railway refreshing the biggest records of monomer weight,deck width and rotating difficulty of rotated bridge in the northwest region as an example,the key rotation construction technology of the first rotated bridge with variable cross-section and double-width synchronization and same orientation with municipal highway crossing double-line railway in the northwest China is expounded.The rotation construction technology is to translate the operations above obstacles into the operations ashore or near the ground,which can make the bridge construction overcome the condition restrictions of terrain,traffic and environment,save the engineering costs,shorten the construction period and also guarantee the safety and reliability of the construction process.
