基于中小型企业人力资源管理的共享思维现状分析 被引量:1

摘要 中小型企业是我国经济发展的中坚力量,随其发展,人力资源管理方面暴露的问题越来越严重,但其解决策略又不同于大型企业。本文分析共享经济的本质在中小型企业人力资源管理中的应用逻辑,并用"共享思维模式"结合互联网,为其开创性地提出了"共享思维化的人力资源管理模式"的应用策略,为小中企业提供建议。
