还阳参野生资源在山阴县的分布及储藏量调查研究

Investigation and research on the distribution and storage of wild resources of crepis crocea in Shanyin county

目的:用踏查及实地样方调查的方法,对山阴县还阳参药材野生资源进行了全面普查,旨在揭示该生态区还阳参资源的分布特点和药材蕴藏量。方法:按照第4次全国中药资源普查技术方案,对山阴县还阳参资源分布情况和蕴藏量进行实地调查。结果:山阴县境内5个不同的代表区域中,在草丛、草原、灌丛、阔叶林4个代表区域均有还阳参的分布,还阳参出现样地占山阴县总调查样地的50%,还阳参出现样方占山阴县调查总样方的4%。山阴县还阳参资源分布面积约为8.954 km2,药材蕴藏量约为50.418 9×103kg。结论:根据结果可以看出,山阴县境内还阳参蕴藏量较低,且其分布范围较窄。

Objective:A comprehensive survey was conducted on the wild resources of crepis crocea in Shanyin County by means of step investigation and field sample survey.The purpose was to reveal the distribution characteristics and the reserves of the medicine in this ecological area.Methods:According to the fourth national technical survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources,a field survey of the distribution and reserves of crepis crocea in Shanyin County was conducted.Results:The results show that among the 5 representative regions in Shanyin County,the distribution of crepis crocea in the four representative areas of grass,grassland,thicket,and broad-leaved forest is all.In 50%of the sample plots,the sample plots of crepis crocea accounted for 4%of the total sample plots surveyed in Shanyin County.The distribution area of crepis crocea resources in Shanyin county is about 8.954 km^2,and the medicinal material reserves are about 50.4189×10^3 kg.Conclusion:It shows that the resources of crepis crocea in Shanyin county are less and the distribution range is narrow.
