价值工程是一门较为完善的管理技术,多应用于工程建设、生产发展和组织经营管理方面。本文应用价值工程对单件流生产中冷风机型号的选定进行分析,拟定方案,构建功能指标体系。以实现冷风机必要功能的同时尽可能的降低成本为目标,找寻价值最大化的方案。

Value engineering is a relatively perfect management technology,commonly used in the engineering construction,production development and organizational management.This paper uses value engineering to analyze the selection of the cooler model in single-flow production,draw up a plan,and build a functional index system,with the goal of realizing the necessary functions of the chiller while reducing the cost as much as possible,to find a solution that maximizes the value.
