摘要
在社会不断发展下,经济结构也在不断变化,房地产开发本身就具有一定的风险,在房地产开发项目中,需要大量的资金,建设周期长,同时也需要严格的操作。在政策及市场大环境影响下,房地产开发项目若是想获得较高的经济效益,则需要对项目开发进行有效的成本管理和控制,实现集约效益型开发。本次研究主要对全成本管理的内容、房地产开发企业的项目全成本管理具体应用以及提升具体策略进行分析。
With the continuous development of society, the economic structure is also constantly changing, and real estate development itself has certain risks. In real estate development projects, a large amount of capital is required, the construction period is long, and strict operations are required. Under the influence of policies and the market environment, if real estate development projects want to obtain higher economic benefits, they need effective cost management and control of project development to achieve intensive economic development. This research mainly analyzes the content of total cost management, the specific application of project total cost management in real estate development enterprises, and specific strategies for improvement.
