摘要
随着城市的快速发展,城市发展呈现多中心、多板块、不均衡发展的特点,加之影响商服用地价格的因素较多,商服用地价格差异化较大。通过分析商服用地价格影响因素并分析探讨评估要点,丰富完善商服用地价格评估体系并形成一定创新,使商服用地价格评估更科学、更合理。
With the rapid development of cities, urban development presents the characteristics of multiple centers, multiple sectors,and uneven development. In addition, there are many factors affecting the price of commercial land, and the price of commercial land varies greatly. By analyzing the factors influencing the prices of commercial places and analyzing and discussing the key points of evaluation, we will enrich and improve the price assessment system of commercial places and form certain innovations to make the price assessment of commercial places more scientific and reasonable.
