摘要
PPP模式是社会资本与政府公私合作制,PPP项目的实施有效的促进了基础项目的建设效率。本文以合长项目施工合同管理为例,结合多年工作实践,阐述合长项目施工合同的主要内容,剖析施工合同管理所存在的问题,最后提出优化PPP项目施工合同管理的具体对策。
The PPP model is a public-private partnership between social capital and the government. The implementation of PPP projects has effectively promoted the construction efficiency of basic projects. This article takes the construction contract management of the joint-length project as an example, combined with many years of work practice, describes the main content of the construction contract of the joint-length project, analyzes the problems existing in the construction contract management, and finally proposes specific countermeasures to optimize the construction contract management of the PPP project.
