伴随着我国"一带一路"政策,中国工程公司在哈萨克斯坦的大型工程项目越来越多,其中不乏大型EPC总承包项目。本文以哈萨特斯坦IPCI总承包项目为例,分析了项目执行过程中的主要风险以及应对策略。

Along with China’s "Belt and Road" policy, Chinese engineering companies are increasing their large-scale engineering projects in Kazakhstan, and many of them are large-scale EPC general contracting projects. This article takes Kazakhstan’s IPCI general contracting project as an example, analyzes the main risks and countermeasures in the process of project implementation.
