摘要
为保证混凝土管片的强度与质量,掌握混凝土管片在蒸养过程中蒸养窑的蒸汽温度场,采用流体力学软件对混凝土蒸养窑进行温度场模拟。基于能量方程式的理论原理和标准模型,采用CFD模拟方法,研究在不同热油管布置方案下,蒸养窑内部各水平高度的蒸汽温度场分布情况。案例分析表明,调整热油管布置方式能使蒸养窑温度场分解更加科学合理。
In order to ensure the strength and quality of concrete tube slices, and master the steam temperature field of the autotrophic kiln during the autotrophic process of concrete tube slices, hydrodynamics software is used to simulate the temperature field of the autotrophic kiln. Based on the theoretical principle of energy equation and standard model, CFD simulation method is adopted to study the distribution of steam temperature field at different levels and heights inside the steam curing kiln under different arrangement schemes of hot tubing. The case study shows that the temperature field decomposition of steam kiln can be more scientific and reasonable by adjusting the arrangement of hot tubing.
