六跨式电分相施工技术调整思路

摘要 我国的电气化铁道接触网通常采用的锚段式电分相有六跨式,七跨式、八跨式等几种,目前国内的客专、高铁大多采用六跨式电分相,通过汉宜、石武、集包、大西等几个项目的电分相施工,总结出了提高工作效率的的施工方法,在实际工程中取得了较好效果。本文主要介绍在施工过程中对六跨式电分相非工作支抬高的计算调整方法,从而将电分相的施工调整量达到最低,实现一次调整到位。 The six-span, seven-span, and eight-span overlap phase break for overhead contact system adopted in electrified railway,and six-span overlap phase break is mostly adopted in the current passenger dedicated and high-speed railway in China. After the construction of several projects, such as Hankou-Yichang, Shijiazhuang-Wuhan, Jining-Baotou, and Datong-Xi’an, the construction method summarized in this paper improves the effficiency in practical construction. This paper mainly introduces the calculation adjustment method for the six-span phase break of non-working wire elevation in construction, which reduces the construction adjustment of phase break and make the devices of phase break in place and good performance after one adjustment.
