摘要
墩身盖梁以往一般采用搭设满堂托架施工。我单位施工某高铁车站到发线,由于施工工期紧,地基处理成本大,且墩身高度较高,满堂托架不能满足施工工期要求,同时施工成本过高。经过验算,在施工中采用在墩身施工时预埋钢棒在钢棒上制作托架施工盖梁。通过实践,取得较好的效果,达到施工安全、快捷,保证工程质量的要求。
In the past, the pier body covered beams were generally constructed with full-house brackets. In the construction of the arrival line of a high-speed railway station by my unit, due to the tight construction period, high foundation treatment cost, and high pier height, the full-house bracket cannot meet the construction period requirements, and the construction cost is too high. After checking and calculating, in the construction, the embedded steel rod is used to make the bracket construction cover beam on the steel rod during the pier construction. Through practice, good results have been achieved, which meets the requirements for safe and fast construction and guaranteed project quality.
