大连国贸中心大厦地下室改造设计

摘要 大连国贸中心大厦原设计结构总高度260m,采用型钢混凝土柱框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系,项目施工至地下一层后停工。本次改扩建,结构总设计高度为378m,采用巨型钢管柱框架-型钢混凝土筒体超高层混合结构体系。地下室的设计原则是"减少拆除,保证安全,兼顾施工"为原则。由于新旧设计中,竖向构件的几何尺寸、截面类型变化较大,故结构主体对应地下室的改造设计就极为复杂。采用合理的改造手段、有效的构造措施、合理的计算分析对地下室框架的改造设计就显得极为重要。 The original design structure of Dalian International Trade Center Building has a total height of 260 m, and adopts a steel-concrete column frame-reinforced concrete core tube structure system. The project stopped after construction to the first basement floor.In this renovation and expansion, the total design height of the structure is 378 m, using a giant steel tube column frame-shaped steel concrete cylinder super high-rise mixed structure system. The design principle of the basement is "reducing demolition, ensuring safety, and taking into account construction". Due to the large changes in the geometric dimensions and cross-section types of the vertical members in the old and new designs, the design of the basement of the structure corresponding to the basement is extremely complicated. It is extremely important to adopt reasonable transformation methods, effective structural measures, and reasonable calculation and analysis for the transformation and design of the basement frame.
