混凝土管片蒸养窑热环境模拟及温控研究

摘要 混凝土管片蒸养需要消耗大量的热能,热能过程控制成为混凝土管片绿色生产过程中的关键环节。对混凝土管片蒸养窑建筑结构及构件属性进行分析,基于热工分析系统Ecotect Analysis进行BIM建模,并对建筑结构模型进行热工参数赋值。通过模拟混凝土管片蒸养窑被动组分得热、温度/得热对比等热工过程,对模拟结果分析评价。结果发现,成都地区夏季太阳辐射相对充足,而冬季可以吸收辐射相对较少,自然通风情况下,混凝土蒸养窑室内温度会因吸收辐射的量产生变化。可分别采用增加通风机和保温毯的方法做好相应的温控措施,使混凝土管片在适宜的温度下蒸养,确保混凝土管片的质量。 Steaming of concrete segments requires a large amount of thermal energy, and thermal process control has become a key link in the green production process of concrete segments. Analyzing the structure and component properties of the concrete segment steam curing kiln, the BIM modeling is performed based on the thermal analysis system Ecotect Analysis, and the thermal structure parameters of the building structural model are assigned.The simulation results were analyzed and evaluated by simulating thermal processes such as heat gain and temperature/heat gain comparison of the passive components of the concrete segment steam curing kiln.The results show that the solar radiation in Chengdu is relatively sufficient in summer and relatively little radiation can be absorbed in winter. Under natural ventilation, the temperature in the concrete steam curing kiln will change due to the amount of radiation absorbed.The method of adding ventilator and insulation blanket can be adopted separately to control temperature,so that the concrete segments can be steam-cured at a suitable temperature to ensure the quality of concrete segments.
