铝模在高层住宅工程中的应用解析

Application of Aluminum Mold in High-rise Residential Engineering

随着我国城市化进程的加速,高层住宅建设数量、建设规模正在逐步增长,潜在为高层住宅工程提出了更加严格的要求,引起了建筑工程技术及建筑工程材料的变革。上世纪60年代中铝模的出现弥补了传统模板的不足,在高层住宅工程中的运用具备着简化施工步骤、降低安装成本及提高工程效率等优势,值得建筑行业内的推广及灵活运用。笔者结合自身工作经验分析铝模及其特性,解析高层住宅工程中铝膜的应用,对高层住宅工程中铝模的应用问题及对应策略进行探析以供参考。

With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process, the number and scale of high-rise residential construction are gradually increasing, potentially putting more stringent requirements on high-rise residential projects, and causing changes in construction engineering technology and construction engineering materials. The emergence of aluminum molds in the 1960 s made up for the shortcomings of traditional formwork. Its use in high-rise residential projects has the advantages of simplifying construction steps, reducing installation costs, and improving engineering efficiency. It is worthy of promotion and flexible use in the construction industry. The authors analyze aluminum molds and their characteristics based on their own work experience, analyze the application of aluminum film in high-rise residential projects, and analyze the application problems and corresponding strategies of aluminum molds in high-rise residential projects for reference.
