基于膳食营养需求的赣州市土地资源承载力评价及预测

Evaluation and Forecast of Land Resource Carrying Capacity in Ganzhou City Based on Dietary Nutrition Demand

与以往土地资源承载力研究不同,从膳食营养角度出发,基于人体每日所需的热量、蛋白质、脂肪开展土地资源承载力研究是一种新的研究方法,将该方法应用于赣州市土地资源承载力研究,研究结果表明:①2005~2017年赣州市土地资源承载力一直处于富余状态,承载状况较为稳定。②以最少热量承载力预测未来赣州市土地资源承载状况,得出,未来赣州市将处于富余状态,且承载状况良好。由上述结论深化基于膳食营养成分的土地承载力评价,为赣州市的土地利用、农业发展、食物供应体系建设等提出更有针对性的对策建议。

Different from previous research on land resource carrying capacity, from the perspective of diet nutrition, carrying out research on land resource carrying capacity based on the daily calories, protein and fat required by the human body is a new research method. Applying this method to the study of land resource carrying capacity in Ganzhou,the research shows that: ①From 2005 to 2017,the carrying capacity of land resources in Ganzhou City has been in a surplus state, and the carrying condition is relatively stable. ②Predicting the land resource carrying status of Ganzhou City in the future with the least heat carrying capacity, it is concluded that Ganzhou City will be in a surplus state in the future, and the bearing status is good. Based on the above conclusions, the evaluation of land carrying capacity based on dietary nutrients was deepened, and more targeted countermeasures were proposed for land use, agricultural development,and food supply system construction in Ganzhou City.
