In recent years, the development speed of the domestic real estate industry is increasing day by day, and its role in the whole country’s social and economic development process is becoming more and more important. In order to improve the construction technology of the real estate industry, relevant experts are committed to developing new technologies and materials in order to consolidate the strategic position of domestic real estate construction. In this paper, the current development situation of the domestic real estate industry is first described, then common real estate construction technologies are introduced, and finally the importance of real estate construction technology management and specific measures to strengthen management are analyzed.
