Research on the Integral Management System of Scientific Research Performance Score

绩效积分是一种合理有效的评价教师科研业绩的方法。该方法被很多高校采用,但对其管理的信息化水平较低,很多还是基于手工方式。为了提高积分管理效率和水平,设计并实现了科研绩效积分管理系统。系统基于MVC模式,通过SSM(Spring+Spring MVC+Mybatis)框架实现开发,采用Ajax和ECharts库进行可视化展现。系统的建设满足了当前科研绩效积分管理工作的要求,有效地促进了智慧化校园的建设。

Scientific research performance score is a reasonable and effective method to evaluate teachers’research performance.This method has been adopted by many colleges and universities,but the information level of its management is relatively low,many of which are based on manual methods.In order to improve the efficiency and level of integration management,a research performance integration management system is designed and implemented.The system is developed in MVC mode,based on SSM(Spring+spring MVC+Mybatis)framework,and visualized through Ajax and ECharts library.The construction of the system meets the requirements of the current research performance score management,and effectively promotes the construction of intelligent campus.
