摘要
小学生非正式群体存在普遍性高、凝聚力强、约束力强、信息沟通迅速等方面的特点。小学生非正式群体的存在包括主、客观两方面的因素,主观因素包括共同的兴趣爱好、相同的观念和品质等;客观因素包括家庭教育环境、学校教育环境、社会环境等。应正确认识小学生非正式群体,积极引导其融入正式群体;有效引导小学生非正式群体的核心人物,增强其在班级的影响力;学校、家庭、社会相结合,共同促进非正式群体健康发展。
Informal group of primary school students are characterized by high universality,strong cohesion,strong binding force and rapid information communication.The existence of informal groups of primary school students includes both subjective and objective factors.Subjective factors include common interests and hobbies,the same concepts and qualities.Objective factors include family education environment,school education environment,and social environment.Informal groups of elementary school students should be properly recognized and actively integrated into the formal group;core characters of the informal group of elementary school students should be effectively guided to increase their influence in the class;school,family,and society should be combined to jointly promote the healthy development of informal groups.
