摘要
新时代中国经济进入"新常态",模仿型排浪式消费阶段基本结束,个性化、多样化消费渐成主流,宏观调控的重点也转向把握消费和投资行为背后的市场预期和社会心理。在这种背景下,"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的新发展理念成为扩大消费需求的努力方向。应通过供给侧结构性改革,从供给的质量、结构、效率、成本等方面发力,扩大消费需求。
China’s economy has entered a "new normal" in the new era, personalized and diversified consumption phase has gradually become the mainstream, while the imitative wave consumption phase has basically ended. The focus of macro-control has also shifted to grasping market expectations and social psychology behind consumption and investment behavior. In this context, the new development concept of "innovation,coordination, green, openness and sharing" has become the direction of efforts to expand consumer demand.Through supply-side structural reform, efforts should be made in the area of supply quality, structure, efficiency,and cost to expand consumer demand.
