摘要
针对影响220 kV级超高压电缆绝缘料配方效果的三大因素:抗氧化剂质量分数、交联剂质量分数和助剂质量分数,进行一次和二次优化的正交试验,得出最优配方条件。结果表明:利用正交试验设计可以避免试验次数的盲目增大,加快试验进程,节约人力、物力和时间成本,增加企业的经济效益。
In view of the three factors that affect the formulation effect of above-220 kV super-high voltage electric cable insulating compound:antioxidant mass fraction,cross-linking agent mass fraction and auxiliary mass fraction,the orthogonal experiment of primary and secondary optimization were carried out to obtain the optimal formulation conditions.The results show that the orthogonal experiment design can avoid blindly increasing test times,accelerating experiment course,saving manpower,material resources and time costs,and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
