混合式教学理念下非英语专业大学生跨文化能力培养 被引量:1

摘要 跨文化能力是进行跨文化交际所需要的一种能力,是成功的跨文化交际的重要前提。混合式教学是将在线教学与传统教学的优势结合起来的"线上"+"线下"的教学。当前非英语专业大学生跨文化能力培养中存在重视程度不够、网络教学平台使用率不高、教学方法单一、教师的跨文化经历不够丰富等问题。结合混合式教学与跨文化能力四因素的特点,非英语专业大学生跨文化能力培养应该实施线上与线下混合式教学方案,有利于克服传统教学的局限性,提升非英语专业大学生跨文化能力。 Intercultural competence,a kind of competence needed in intercultural communication,is an important prerequisite for successful cross-cultural communication.Blended teaching is the combination of"online"+"offline"teaching.There are some questions in the cultivation of intercultural competence of non-English majors:insufficient attention,low utilization rate of online teaching platform,single teaching method,and insufficient enrichment of teachers'cross-cultural experience.In order to improve the intercultural competence of non-English majors,the online and offline teaching programs should be implemented,which is conducive to overcoming the limitations of traditional teaching.
