工娱疗法对阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能、激越行为及社会功能的影响

Effects of nursing intervention combined with entertainment therapy on MMSE,CMAI and PSQI levels of patients with Alzheimer′s disease

目的探讨工娱疗法对阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能、激越行为及社会功能的影响。方法选取从2016年10月-2018年10月我院收治的130例阿尔茨海默病患者为研究对象,采用随机抽签法将其分成对照组和观察组,各65例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上增加工娱疗法干预。比较2组干预前后认知功能、激越行为以及社会功能的差异。结果干预后,观察组简易智能状态检查量表评分高于对照组(t=9.517,P<0.001);激越行为量表总评分均低于对照组(t=3.307,P=0.001);社会功能评定量表总分高于对照组(t=23.091,P<0.001)。结论工娱疗法在阿尔茨海默病患者中的应用效果明显,有利于改善患者的认知功能、激越行为以及社会行为,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study and analyze the influence of nursing intervention combined with entertainment therapy on the cognitive function,agitation behavior and social function of patients with Alzheimer′s disease.Methods Totally 130 patients with Alzheimer′s disease admitted to our hospital between October 2016 and October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using the random sampling.Both groups were given routine nursing,while the observation group was additionally provided with the entertainment therapy.Both groups were measured the cognitive function,agitation behavior and social function using the minimental state examination scale(MMSE),Cohen-Mansfield agitation inventory(CMAI)and social behavior before and after the intervention.Results The MMSE and social function scores of the observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=9.517,P<0.001;t=23.091,P<0.001).After the intervention,the CMAI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=3.307,P=0.001).Conclusion Nursing intervention combined with entertainment therapy has obvious effect on improving the cognitive function,agitation behavior and social behavior of patients with Alzheimer′s disease.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
