摘要 临床药物治疗学是临床药学专业主要的专业课,是学生进行良好专业实习的重要理论基础,为进一步加强该门课程教学管理,深化教学改革,提高教学质量,因而有必要积极探索临床药物治疗学的教学改革方法,为优秀临床药师的培养提供方案。文章通过分析临床药物治疗学的学习现状,阐述基于问题的学习、案例式教学法、循证药学教学模式,探讨将多种教学模式结合的教学改革方式。临床药物治疗学是实践性和专业性较强的课程,多种教学模式的联合应用是培养临床药师综合能力的关键,适应社会发展对临床药学人才培养的新要求和用人单位对临床药学职业岗位能力的实际需要。 Clinical pharmacotherapy is the main professional course of clinical pharmacy.It is an important theoretical basis for students to carry out good professional practice.In order to further strengthen the teaching management of this course,deepen the teaching reform and improve the teaching quality,it is necessary to actively explore the teaching reform methods of clinical pharmacy and provide a plan for the training of excellent clinical pharmacists.This paper analyses the current situation of clinical pharmacology,expounds the teaching mode of problembased learning,case-based teaching and evidence-based pharmacy,and probes into the teaching reform method combining various teaching modes.Clinical pharmacology is a practical and professional course.The combined application of various teaching modes is the key to cultivate the comprehensive ability of clinical pharmacists,adapt to the new requirements of social development on the cultivation of clinical pharmacy talents and meet the practical needs of employers for the professional post ability of clinical pharmacy.
