美国耳鼻咽喉科住培及对我国偏远山区的借鉴

Introduction of American Resident Training of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the Reference to Our Hospital in Remote Region

住院医师规范化培训制度是医生培养非常重要的手段,已经在全世界发达国家普遍施行,取得了巨大的成绩,获得了广泛的认同,我国住培制度刚刚开始全面实行,处于起步探索阶段,目前已经取得了一定的成绩,同时也存在一些问题与缺陷,美国作为全世界最早开始进行正规住院医师规范化培训的国家,此方面有了大量的经验与成绩,我们以最早开始进行住培的约翰霍普金斯医院为例介绍美国耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的住培制度,对比以本院为代表的偏远山区住培制度,寻找其区别,并对相应的差异进行分析,为进一步提高我国耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学住培质量提供参考。

Resident training is very important in the growth of doctor.It has been widely implemented in developed countries.It has made great achievements,and won widespread recognition.Resident training in China has just been started in the initial stage of exploration for a few years and has obtained some achievements,but also has some problems and defects.As the first country of formal resident training in the world,United States has made a lot of experience and achievements.We introduce the resident training of otolaryngology head and neck surgery of Johns Hopkins hospital which is the earliest in USA.By comparing the resident training in remote mountainous areas represented by our hospital,we found out the differences and analyzed reason to provide references for improve our quality of resident training in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery.
