摘要
脑卒中作为临床工作中一类较为常见的局部脑组织缺血缺氧性疾病,其中以缺血性脑卒作为最重要的脑卒中类型,具有着较高的发病率,该病的发生率以及复发率通常能够受到颅内动脉狭窄的影响。通过使用经颅多普勒超声技术检查颅内狭窄具有着较高的诊断特异性,并在颅内狭窄等其他缺血性脑血管病诊断方面具有着较高的应用价值。本研究现通过从经颅多普勒超声(transcranial doppler,TCD)的角度出发,用于早期发现早期的脑血管狭窄,并对缺血性脑卒中的预后进行判断,从而更好的完成对缺血性脑卒中患者脑血管动力学指标的诊断,并对经颅多普勒超声技术的优缺点进行统一的综述。
Stroke is a kind of common regional brain ischemia and hypoxia disease in clinical work.Ischemic stroke is the most important type of stroke,with a high incidence.Incidence and recurrence rates are usually affected by intracranial stenosis.Examination of intracranial stenosis by transcranial Doppler ultrasound has a high diagnostic specificity and has a high application value in the diagnosis of other ischemic cerebrovascular diseases such as intracranial stenosis.This study is now used to detect early cerebral vascular stenosis from the perspective of transcranial Doppler ultrasound,and to judge the prognosis of ischemic stroke,so as to better complete the patients with ischemic stroke.The diagnosis of cerebral vascular dynamics indicators,and the advantages and disadvantages of transcranial Doppler ultrasound technology are reviewed.
