桉柠蒎与罗红霉素联合治疗支气管扩张疗效

Curative Effect of Eucalyptus Citrinopine Combined With Roxithromycin on Bronchiectasis

目的探讨桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊与小剂量罗红霉素联合治疗支气管扩张稳定期患者的效果评价。方法选择2017年6月—2018年6月入院治疗的142例患者,采用随机分组系统分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者71例,接受小剂量罗红霉素治疗,观察组患者71例,接受桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊与小剂量罗红霉素联合治疗,对比两组患者通过不同的治疗方式下的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗效果优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支气管扩张稳定期患者接受桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊与小剂量罗红霉素联合治疗,疗效较为满意。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Eucalyptus Limonium enteric-coated soft capsule combined with low-dose roxithromycin in the treatment of patients with stable bronchiectasis.Methods 142 patients admitted to hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.71 patients in the control group were treated with low dose roxithromycin,71 patients in the observation group were treated with cineole pinene enteric soft capsule combined with low dose roxithromycin,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared under different treatment methods.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the data.Conclusion Eucalyptus limonii enteric-coated soft capsule combined with low-dose roxithromycin is effective for stable bronchiectasis patients.
