短时多次蓝光疗法治疗新生儿黄疸的效果与护理 被引量:7

摘要 目的研讨蓝光治疗方法短时间多次应用在临床新生儿黄疸治疗中的临床治疗效果及护理方式。方法本次选取本院自2016年10月—2018年12月已经确诊的患儿72例作为本次实验研究对象,将其随机分组的方式分成治疗组和对照组,每组含新生儿黄疸患者36例。前者采用蓝光疗法短时多次的治疗方式,并配合适当的护理方式。对照组采用蓝光疗法常规治疗,对比两组患者治疗结束过程中各项病情相关指标改善恢复情况并进行记录,对比观察两组患者的治疗的有效率和不良反应情况详细分析病情。结果治疗结束后,对比实验结果,治疗组的患儿体内血总胆红素水平在(63.2±6.4)μmol/L,体内的游离胆红素在(25.2±4.3)μmol/L,总有效率为88.8%;对照组患儿体内血总胆红素水平在(117.2±10.1)μmol/L,体内的游离胆红素在(52.3±9.4)μmol/L,总有效率为75%:其治疗效果治疗组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蓝光疗法短时多次的应用到在新生儿黄疸治疗中,并结合合适的护理方式,具有十分重要的治疗意义,临床治疗效果理想。 Objective To study the therapeutic effect and nursing methods of blue light in the treatment of neonatal jaundice for a short period of time.Methods 72 children who had been diagnosed in our hospital from October 2016 to December 2018 were selected and divided into two groups randomly:treatment group and control group with 36 cases of neonatal jaundice in each group.The patients were divided into two groups:the treatment group(n=36)and the control group(n=36).The former was treated with blue light therapy for a short period of time and multiple times,and with appropriate nursing care.The control group was treated with conventional blue light therapy.The recovery was improved and recorded in the two groups during the end of treatment.The effective rate and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed in detail.Results after treatment,the total effective rate of free bilirubin in(25.2±4.3)μmol/L,was 88.8%when the serum total bilirubin level in the treatment group was(63.2±6.40)μmol/L,.The total effective rate of free bilirubin in(52.3±10.1)μmol/L,in control group was 75%in(117.2±10.1)μmol/L,.The therapeutic effect of free bilirubin in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.The results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of blue light therapy in the treatment of neonatal jaundice for a short time and many times,combined with appropriate nursing methods,has very important therapeutic significance,and the clinical treatment effect is ideal.
