Objective To analyze the application and nursing methods of vertebroplasty for the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods One hundred patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures were enrolled from June 2016 to November 2018,randomized.All patients underwent vertebroplasty treatment, routine care group implemented routine care, and comprehensive care group implemented comprehensive care. The average hospitalization time, the time of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture pain relief;the NRS digital scale score, vertebral compression ratio,Cobb angle before and after treatment;complications. Results The NRS digital scale score, vertebral compression ratio,Cobb angle, average hospitalization time, time to osteoporosis, thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture pain relief, complications, and conventional care group were superior,P<0.05.Conclusion Patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures can achieve better results by implementing comprehensive nursing.
