摘要
文章介绍了某款新能源厢式货车整车制动踏板行程长问题分析及处理方式,同时通过制动系统计算及试验标定对解决措施加以验证,有效实现了制动行程踩至2/4时无制动介入,在行程至3/4时有轻微的制动介入感,在行程至4/4时制动介入明显的制动效果。
This paper introduces the analysis and treatment of the brake pedal length of a new energy van. The brake system calculation and test calibration verify the solution, effectively achieving the brake stroke of 2/4. Without brake intervention, there is a slight brake intervention when the stroke reaches 3/4, and the brakes intervene in the obvious braking effect when the stroke reaches 4/4.
