五人制足球运动员运动损伤机理分析——以湖北大学五人制足球队为例

五人制足球因场地小、竞争性强、技战术变化多端等特点增加该项目的激烈性,使其在社会上得到了更加广泛的关注。但是由于五人制足球比赛节奏快,运动员频繁使用急停、变向、变速等复杂的技术动作会导致一系列伤病的产生。本文采取文献资料法和问卷调查法对五人制高水平足球运动员运动损伤进行机理分析,对五人制足球的健康发展具有十分重要的意义。

Five-player soccer has attracted more and more attention in society because of its small space,strong competitiveness and varied tactics.However,due to the fast pace of the f ive-player soccer match,the frequent use of complex technical movements such as emergency stop,direction change and speed change will lead to a series of injuries.This paper adopts the methods of literature and questionnaire to analyze the mechanism of sports injury of high-level f ive-player soccer players,which is of great signif icance to the healthy development of f ive-player soccer.
