CrossFit训练体系在军事院校训练中的可行性研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究CorssFit训练体系在军事训练中的可行性问题,试图为军事训练中广泛开展这一训练体系做依据。本文主要采用文献综述与访谈的方法进行研究,通过在中国知网、万方数据库、维普网等数据网站,通过关键词CrossFit、军事训练、军事运动损伤进行检索,整理查阅相关文献,并得出CrossFit的特点、训练原则和优越性及军事训练的特点,存在问题等,同时与传统的军事体育训练进行对比,通过研究可以发现这一训练体系相对传统的训练方式不会显著的增加运动损伤并且对提高运动能力有显著的效果。 This paper studies the feasibility of the CorssFit training system in military training,and attempts to make a basis for the extensive development of this training system in military training.This paper mainly uses the literature review and inter view methods to conduct research.Through the data sites such as China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Database,and Weipu.com,through keyword CrossFit,military training,military sports damage retrieval,collating and consulting related documents,and drawing The characteristics of crossFit,training principles and superiority,as well as the characteristics of military training,problems,etc.,and compared with traditional military sports t raining,t hrough r esearch can be found t hat t his t raining s ystem does not s ignif icantly increase s ports injuries compared to traditional training methods.And it has a signif icant effect on improving athletic ability.
