一例肺癌患者使用纳武利尤单抗发生罕见抽搐不良反应的护理

Nuring experience of lung cancer patients suffering from rare adverse reactions caused by Nivolumab:A case report

纳武利尤单抗(Nivolumab)是百时美施贵宝公司生产的新型抗肿瘤免疫治疗药物,该药物常见的不良反应有疲劳、皮疹、瘙痒、腹泻、恶心、甲亢、甲减等,现报道在常州市第四人民医院发生的1例输注纳武利尤单抗导致罕见的全身抽搐反应,经过积极治疗与护理,顺利完成免疫治疗的过程。

Nivolumab is a new anti-tumor immunotherapy drug produced by Bristol-Myers Squibb Company with adverse reactions of fatigue,rash,itching,diarrhea,nausea,hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism.The nursing experience of a case with Nivolumab using in Changzhou Fourth People s Hospital who resulted in rare reaction of convulsion will introduced in this article.
