Study on TLC identification method of Wenyang Jieyu granules

目的:制定温阳解郁颗粒的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中桂枝、附子、甘草药味进行定性鉴别,并对其进行方法学验证。结果:桂枝、附子、甘草的薄层色谱方法,具有斑点清晰、分离度好、阴性无干扰的特点。结论:本法操作简便、结果可靠、重复性好,可作为桂枝、甘草、附子的薄层鉴别方法,并用于温阳解郁颗粒的质量控制。

Objective:To establish the identification method for Wenyang Jieyu granules by TLC.Methods:The TLC was adopted to identify cassia twigs,aconite and glycyprrhizae.The method was verified.Results:The TLC identification for cassia twigs,aconite and glycyprrhizae was distinct,the spots were clear and without interence.Conclusion:The method is simple and feasible,and it can be used as the quality control standard of Wenyang Jieyu granules.
