摘要
为了解决巴哈赛车减速箱体轻量化问题,本文利用CATIA软件建立三维模型,并基于ANSYS软件进行减速箱的静力学分析和拓扑优化设计,结果表明:减速箱壳体优化后为3mm,应力和形变满足材料屈服强度要求,为巴哈赛车的减速箱机械结构轻量化设计提供重要参考。
In order to solve the problem of the baja racing deceleration box body lightweight, in this paper, a three-dimensional model is established by using CATIA software, and based on ANSYS software for reducer statics analysis and topology optimization design, the results show that the optimized reducer shell is 3 mm, the stress and deformation meet the requirement of material yield strength, and for the baja racing reducer mechanical structure lightweight design to provide important reference.
