宫颈鳞癌患者组织中HIF-1α和VEGF的表达及在放疗中的意义

Expression of HIF-1αand VEGF in Tissue of Patients with Cervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Its Significance in Radiotherapy

目的探讨宫颈鳞癌患者组织中HIF-1α和VEGF的表达及在放疗中的意义。方法选取宫颈鳞癌放疗患者60例,随机分为2组:一组缓解组(30例),一组未缓解组(30例),采用高能X线治疗机对两组患者进行体外放疗,应用免疫组化EM-vision二步法,检测两组患者组织中HIF-1α和VEGF的表达,然后统计分析两组患者的HIF-1α表达、VEGF表达、HIF-1α和VEGF表达的相关性。结果60例患者中,HIF-1α表达阳性47例,阳性率为78.3%,其中未缓解组患者的HIF-1α表达阳性率90.0%(27/30)显著高于缓解组66.7%(20/30)(P<0.05)。60例患者中,VEGF表达阳性39例,阳性率为65.0%,其中未缓解组患者VEGF表达阳性率[80.0%(24/30)],显著高于缓解组[50.0%(15/30)](P<0.05)。未缓解组患者的HIF-1α和VEGF表达呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05),但缓解组患者HIF-1α和VEGF表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论宫颈鳞癌放疗缓解患者组织中HIF-1α和VEGF的表达阳性率显著低于放疗未缓解患者。

Objective To explore the expression of HIF-1αand VEGF in tissue of patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma and its significance in radiotherapy.Methods 60 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma who received radiotherapy were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups,one group was in remission(30 patients)and the other group was in non-remission(30 patients).The expression of HIF-1αand VEGF in the tissues of the 2 groups were detected by immunohistochemical EM-vision two-step method,then the correlation of HIF-1α,VEGF expression,HIF-1αand VEGF expression between the 2 groups were statistically analyzed.Results HIF-1αexpression was positive in 47 cases,and the positive rate was 78.3%,the positive rate of HIF-1αexpression in the non-remission group was 90.0%(27/30),significantly higher than that of the remission group 66.7%(20/30)(P<0.05).VEGF expression was positive in 39 cases,and the positive rate was 65.0%,The positive rate of VEGF expression in the non-remission group was 80.0%(24/30),significantly higher than that of the remission group 50.0%(15/30)(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between HIF-1αand VEGF expression in the unremission group(P<0.05),however,there was no correlation between HIF-1αand VEGF expression in patients in the remission group(P>0.05).Conclusion The positive rate of HIF-1αand VEGF in tissue of patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma radiotherapy remission is significantly lower than that in tissue of patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma radiotherapy non-remission.
