阴道微生态变化与HPV感染及宫颈病变的关系

Relationship between Vaginal Microecological Changes and HPV Infection and Cervical Lesions

目的探讨阴道微生态变化与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染及宫颈病变的关系。方法选取接受宫颈病变筛查的女性90例,进行阴道微生态、宫颈液基细胞学及HPV检测,分析阴道微生态分布情况及阴道微生态与HPV感染和宫颈病变的关系。结果90例受检者中共检出HPV阳性30例,占33.33%;宫颈正常者78例(86.67%),宫颈病变者12例(13.33%)。受检者阴道微生态菌群、炎症及念珠菌感染在HPV(+)和HPV(-)间及宫颈正常和宫颈病变受检者间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);阴道pH、滴虫感染与细菌性阴道病在HPV(+)和HPV(-)间及宫颈正常和宫颈病变受检者间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论阴道微生态失调与HPV感染及宫颈病变密切相关,阴道微生态平衡被打破,可增加HPV感染及宫颈病变风险。

Objective To explore the relationship between vaginal microecological changes and human papillomavirus(HPV)infection and cervical lesions.Methods 90 women who were screened for cervical lesions were examined for vaginal microecology,cervical liquid-based cytology and HPV.The distribution of vaginal microecology and the relationship between vaginal microecology and HPV infection and cervical lesions were analyzed.Results There were 30 cases were detected positive for HPV among the 90 subjects,accounting for 33.33%;78 cases with normal cervical,accounting for 86.67%,and 12 cases with cervical lesions,accounting for 13.33%.The vaginal micro-ecological flora,inflammation and candida infection in the subjects were significantly higher between HPV(+),HPV(-)and normal cervical,cervical lesions(P<0.05 or P<0.01),there was no significant difference of vaginal pH,trichomoniasis and bacterial vaginosis between HPV(+),HPV(-)and normal cervical,cervical lesions(P>0.05).Conclusion Vaginal microecological disorders are closely related to HPV infection and cervical lesions,and the vaginal microecological balance is broken,which can increase the risk of HPV infection and cervical lesions.
