摘要
通过在不同煤样中添加不同种类、不同质量分数的有机磷系阻燃剂,采用程序升温气相色谱法,研究了有机磷系阻燃剂对煤自燃的阻化特性。实验结果表明,质量分数为10%的甲基膦酸二甲酯、质量分数为20%的2-羧乙基苯基次膦酸对金川地区类煤样的自燃阻化抑制效果较好;质量分数为20%的甲基膦酸二甲酯、质量分数为15%的2-羧乙基苯基次膦酸对多伦地区类煤样的自燃阻化抑制效果较好。
By adding different kinds and different mass fraction of organophosphorus flame retardants in different coal samples,the resistance characteristics of organophosphorus flame retardants to spontaneous combustion of coal are studied by programmed temperature rise gas chromatography.The results showed that DMMP with mass fraction of 10% and CEPPA with mass fraction of 20% had better inhibition effect on coal spontaneous combustion in Jinchuan Mine,Xinjiang,DMMP with mass fraction of 20% and CEPPA with mass fraction of 15% had better inhibition effect on coal spontaneous combustion in Duolen Mine,Inner Mongolia.
