摘要
在综合考量辅导员的公共能力、专业能力、责任能力和人格魅力基础上,建立了高校辅导员综合职业能力评价体系并构建了相应的评价模型,以贵州省不同高校辅导员代表为评价基本单元格进行了实证分析,为辅导员综合职业能力评价提供一定的理论依据。
Based on comprehensive consideration of counselor’s public ability,professional ability,responsibility ability and personality charm,this paper establishes a comprehensive vocational ability evaluation system of university counselor and builds the corresponding evaluation model,carries out the empirical analysis taking different college counselors in Guizhou as the basic evaluation unit.It provides some theoretical basis for the evaluation of counselors’comprehensive professional ability.
