摘要
根据松河矿井三采区二区段近距离煤层群瓦斯赋存及岩性特征,针对煤层原始瓦斯较大、突出危险性严重、区域瓦斯治理顺层钻孔施工危及人身安全等难题,通过在煤组间布置集中抽放巷对上覆和下伏煤层施工穿层钻孔进行区域预抽,有效解决了突出煤层群采面上下巷突出危险及瓦斯问题,采面回采期间二次利用集中抽放巷治理上隅角瓦斯、卸压瓦斯、高位瓦斯,对煤层群瓦斯实施综合治理,为工作面快速掘进和安全高效生产提供了保障,使矿井取得良好综合效益。
In accordance with Songhe mine three mining area two zone close distance coal seams gas occurrence and lithologic character,aiming at the problems such as the large original gas in coal seam,the serious outburst risk,and the danger to personal safety caused by the borehole construction along the seam,by arrangement of concentrated drainage roadway in coal measures to overlying and underlie coal road work cross drill for area beforehand drainage,outburst coal seam working face up or below extrude risk and the gas problem are solved effectively.The reutilization concentrated drainage roadway governs upper corner gas,pressure relief gas,high-order gas during the recovery period,implementing comprehensive treatment for coal seam group gas,which provides a guarantee for speedy drivage and safety and efficient production of working face,makes mine to acquire good comprehensive benefits.
