摘要
通过1:500数字房产图修测与数据建库工作,实施个人住房信息系统中“以图管房,以图管档”计划,进而实现图、房、档相结合的图属一体化管理目标。文中结合近期开展的瓯海区房产数据修补测及数据建库工作,阐述了采用基于AutoCAD开发的测绘软件在数据整合及数据建库中的应用,同时对房屋信息中的幢ID数据整合及数据建库过程中存在的问题及解决办法进行探讨。研究结果减少房产图数据在处理和入库过程中的人工干预,提高了作业质量和工作效率。
Based on the work of 1:500 digital real estate map repair and data storage,the plan of managing the house and file by using map was implemented in the Personal Housing Information System.And then the goal of integrated management of map,house and file was realized.In this paper,the application of Auto CAD in data integration and data database construction was described in the light of the recent work on data repair and database construction in Ouhai District.At the same time,the problems and solutions in the process of data integration and data database construction were discussed.The research result reduced the manual intervention in the processing and warehousing of real estate map data and improve the quality and efficiency of work.
