摘要
目的:观察松郁安神方对对氯苯丙氨酸(Para-chlorophenylalanine,PCPA)致失眠模型大鼠血浆中内源性睡眠促进物质前列腺素D2(Prostaglandin D2,PGD2)的影响.方法:采用腹腔注射对氯苯丙氨酸(PCPA)建立失眠大鼠模型,用高、中、低剂量松郁安神方进行治疗,通过酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定大鼠血浆中前列腺素D2(PGD2)的含量.结果:中、高剂量松郁安神方可提高PCPA失眠模型大鼠血浆中PGD2含量(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论:松郁安神方改善睡眠的机制之一可能是通过调节内源性睡眠促进物质PGD2发挥作用.
Objective:To observe the effect of Songyu Anshen Formula on the endogenous sleep-promoting substance PGD 2 in the plasma of insomnia rats induced by PCPA.Methods:The rat model of insomnia was established by intraperitoneal injection of PCPA.The rats were given Songyu Anshen formula intragastrically,and the content of PGD 2 in plasma was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:The content of PGD 2 in the plasma of PCPA could be increased by the middle and high dose of Songyu Anshen formula(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:One of the mechanisms of Songyu Anshen in improving sleep quality may be through the regulation of the endogenous sleep-promoting substance PGD 2.
