Objective:To investigate the influence of sleep state for the immune status of patients with acute pancreatitis,so as to provide reference and reference for clinical practice of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods:A Total of 124 patients with acute pancreatitis in Third People′s Hospital of Zigong City from October 2016 to December 2017 were divided into sleep disorder group 64 cases and t non-sleep disorder group 60 cases according to the patient′s sleep status. The psychological stress status included depressive state and anxiety state and immune function indicators of two groups were compared. Results:The SAS score and SDS score of sleep disorder group were significantly higher than those of non-sleep disorder group, and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The immune function indexes such as IgG,IgM,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,neutrophils,lymphocytes and erythrocytes of sleep disorder group were significantly lower than those of non-sleep disorder group, there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The IgA,CD4+/CD8+and white blood cells of two groups were compared, there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:The occurrence of sleep disorders in patients with acute pancreatitis is more serious. At the same time,as the patient′s sleep condition deteriorates, the patient′s depression state and anxiety state are intensified, and the patient′s immune status changes abnormally. It is clinically necessary to monitor the sleep state of patients with acute pancreatitis and implement targeted early intervention.
