养血清脑颗粒治疗慢性脑供血不足患者失眠症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Yangxueqingnao Granule on Insomnia of Patients with Chronic Cerebral Insufficiency

目的:观察评价养血清脑颗粒治疗慢性脑供血不足患者失眠症的临床效果,为临床治疗工作提供科学依据.方法:选取2017年7月至2019年7月呼和浩特市第一医院神经内科收治的慢性脑供血不足失眠症患者86例作为研究对象,按照数字奇偶法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例.对照组应用常规治疗,观察组应用常规治疗联合养血清脑颗粒治疗;比较2组患者的临床治疗效果、睡眠质量评分和不良反应发生率.结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.35%(41/43),比对照组高(81.40%,35/43),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组睡眠质量评分为(5.32±1.14)分,低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率比对照组相高,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:在常规治疗的基础上联合应用养血清脑颗粒治疗慢性脑供血不足失眠症,临床疗效明显改善,能够提高患者的睡眠质量;可在临床推广应用.

Objective:To systematically discuss the clinical effect of Yangxueqingnao Granule on insomnia of patients with chronic cerebral blood supply deficiency,so as to promote the clinical treatment work continuously.Methods:A total of 86 cases of insomnia patients with chronic cerebral blood supply insufficiency admitted to Department of Neurology,the First Hospital of Hohhot from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected as experimental subjects.The treatment effect of each group was explored after the group was divided into digital parity method;the control group(43 cases):conventional treatment;the observation group(43 cases):conventional treatment combined with Yangxueqingnao granule treatment;the clinical treatment effect,sleep quality score and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 95.35%(41/43),higher than that in the control group(81.40%,35/43),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);before treatment,the difference of sleep quality score between the two groups was not formed(P>0.05);after treatment,the sleep quality score in the observation group was(5.32±1.14),lower than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:During the period of clinical treatment of insomnia with chronic cerebral blood supply deficiency,on the basis of routine treatment,combined with the application of Yangxueqingnao Granules,not only the clinical effect is significantly improved,but also the sleep quality of patients is improved.
