心理护理对脑外伤合并失眠患者睡眠及焦虑情绪的疗效分析

Analysis on the Effect of Psychological Nursing for Sleep and Anxiety of Patients with Brain Trauma Complicated with Insomnia

目的:探讨心理护理对脑外伤合并失眠患者睡眠及焦虑情绪的影响.方法:选取2017年10月至2018年10月福建医科大学附属宁德市医院收治的脑外伤合并失眠患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组进行常规护理,观察组实施心理护理.比较2 组的 PSQI 评分、护理满意度及护理前后 HAMA 评分、HAMD评分.结果:观察组的HAMA评分、HAMD评分显著低于对照组,护理满意度及PSQI评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:心理护理在脑外伤合并失眠患者中的实施效果较好,可有效提升睡眠质量,减轻焦虑情绪,提高护理满意度.

Objective:To explore the influence of psychological nursing for sleep and anxiety of patients with brain injury complicated with insomnia.Methods:A total of 100 patients with brain injury complicated with insomnia in Ningde Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from October 2017 to October 2018 were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group were with routine nursing,while the observation group were with psychological nursing.Then the PSQI score,nursing satisfaction,HAMA score and HAMD score before and after the nursing of two groups were compared.Results:The HAMA score,HAMD score and PSQI score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of psychological nursing in patients with brain injury complicated with insomnia is better,and it can effectively improve the quality of sleep,reduce anxiety and improve nursing satisfaction.
