动态心电图在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征中的应用研究

Application of Dynamic Electrocardiogram in Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome

目的:研究动态心电图在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征中的应用效果.方法:选取2018年1 月至2019年5 月山东省威海市立医院电生理科收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者58例作为观察组,再选择同时期58例至本院体检的健康人群作为对照组,比较2组动态心电图各项指标.结果:本次研究成果显示,观察组各项心电图指标和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:通过本次研究成果可以得出,通过观察患者的HRV、24 hRMSSD以及夜间RMSSD指标可以有效诊断阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征,为临床提供治疗依据,值得在临床上大力推广.

Objective:To study the effect of dynamic electrocardiogram in obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Methods:A total of 58 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome admitted to the department of electrophysiology of weihai municipal hospital in shandong province from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 58 healthy patients who underwent physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.Results:The results of this study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:it can be concluded from the results of this study that the observation of HRV,24 hRMSSD and nocturnal RMSSD in patients can effectively diagnose obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and provide clinical basis for treatment,which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
