优质护理对肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量影响研究

Effect of High Quality Nursing on Sleep Quality of Patients with Lung Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:探讨优质护理对肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量影响分析.方法:选取2017年8月至2019年8月福建省漳州市中医院收治的肺癌化疗患者44例作为研究对象,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组22 例.对照组肺癌化疗患者实施常规护理方法,观察组肺癌化疗患者在此基础上实施优质护理措施,观察2组护理满意度及睡眠质量(PSQI)评分.结果:观察组护理满意度为86.4%,对照组为68.2%,2组护理满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).PSQI各因子比较观察组患者入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍评分均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:肺癌化疗患者实施优质护理可有效改善患者护理满意度及睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用.

Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing on sleep quality of patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:Forty-four lung cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to Zhangzhou Hospital of TCM from August 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 22 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing methods,and the study group was given quality nursing measures on this basis.Nursing satisfaction and sleep quality scores were compared between the two groups.Results:There was a significant statistical difference between the nursing satisfaction of the study group(86.4%)and the control group(68.2%)(P<0.05).The scores of sleep latency,duration,and dysfunction in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high quality nursing care for lung cancer patients with chemotherapy can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction and sleep quality of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
