散打运动员无氧耐力训练的生理心理监控

摘要 本文将生理、心理监控手段相结合,对不同年龄段青少年散打运动员的无氧耐力训练进行研究。结果发现,经过持续5周的高强度间歇无氧耐力训练,运动员的无氧耐力水平有所提高,运动员心率恢复有越来越快的趋势,自我用力分级越来越轻松。不同年龄运动员对高强度间歇的无氧耐力训练方法接受程度不同,平均年龄14周岁的乙组运动员难以将最初的高强度一直保持下去;而平均年龄16周岁的甲组运动员则能将该训练模式很好的执行到最后。希望本文的研究结果,对不同年龄段青少年散打运动员的训练起到一定的指导作用。 In this paper,the methods of physiological and psychological monitoring are combined to study the anaerobic endurance training of young Sanda Athletes of different ages.The results show that after five weeks of high-intensity intermittent anaerobic endurance training,the level of anaerobic endurance of athletes has improved,the recovery of heart rate of athletes has a trend of faster and faster,and the self exertion classification is more and more relaxed.Athletes of different ages have different acceptance of anaerobic endurance training method of high-intensity interval.Group B athletes with an average age of 14 are difficult to keep the initial high-intensity all the time,while group a athletes with an average age of 16 are able to carry out the training mode well to the end.It is hoped that the results of this study will play a guiding role in the training of young Sanda Athletes of different ages.
