摘要
自我效能感的概念是由心理学家班杜拉在20世纪70年代提出来的,是心理学中一个十分重要的概念。自我效能感是指一个人相信自己具备完成一项指定任务、达到一个预定目标或克服一个前方障碍的潜力或能力。本文通过调查河南大学体育专业与非体育专业学生自我效能感的差异,了解学生的心理健康状况,明确体育锻炼对学生自我效能感的积极影响,从而促使学生的身心更加健康。
The term,’self-efficacy’ was proposed by psychologist Bandura in the 1970s,which is a very important concept in psychology.Self-efficacy refers to a sense that a person believes he has a potential or an ability to complete a specified task,reach a predetermined target or overcome an obstacle.After making a research on differences between senses of self-efficacy among physical and non-physcial major students of Henan University,this thesis tries to show the students’ mental health status,explicate the impact of physical exercise on the students’ self-efficacy,so that students’ physical and mental health can be promoted.
