本文从"三基本"建设和"三基"工作的关系入手,结合中国石化实际,分析了新时期两项工作有机融合的现实要求和重要意义,剖析了目前基层党组织在两项工作融合中存在的问题与不足,提出了基层党组织实现两项工作有机融合的方法途径。

Starting from the relationship between "three basic" construction and "three basic" work,and combining with the reality of sinopec,this paper analyses the practical requirements and important significance of organic integration of the two tasks in the new era,analyses the problems and shortcomings existing in the integration of the two tasks of grass-roots Party organizations,and puts forward the ways and means to realize the organic integration of the two tasks of grass-roots Party organizations.
